Starlink is currently £75 per month but it’s worth checking the Starlink website as this may change.
This will need to be paid directly to Starlink and will not be collected by us
We do not stock Starlink antennas as these are shipped directly from Starlink or purchased from an authorised local or online retail outlet however we recommend booking your installation with us and ordering your antenna from your chosen retail outlet at the same time, this will normally arrive with you within 48 hours so it should be with you by the time our engineer visits
95% of our installations are normally carried out within 48 hours of placing your order, however this could be more or less dependent on how busy we are.
When placing your order online you will be provided with access to our online diary where you can check our availability and choose your preferred installation date.
The installation will include our engineers travel time and fuel, a site survey to find the best location for your antenna, the bracketry and Pole to fix your antenna to your property should you choose to use one of ours and the complete installation between the antenna and your desired room
The only additional costs incurred will be if you choose one of our brackets or if you require your router to be located furhter than the 23 meters of cable which is included with your starlink antenna the engineer will discuss this with you before they proceed with your installation.
Yes – Our engineer will carry whole home WiFi mesh units with them and can install as many of these as you require whilst they are there on site with you, simply let the engineer know when they arrive what you would like to achieve from the installation and they will be very happy to assist
